• When you travel with Inspirato, your expectations are pretty high. But imagine our surprise and utter joy at finding a chef who could top our expectations! Chef Marc’s team came into our home and prepared a spectacular dinner for 6- it was gorgeous, fresh and filling, perfect for the snowy weather, and decadent all at the same time. He and his team are consummate professionals who are highly skilled and completely tuned into their clients needs. I love beautiful food so I will always consider Chef Marc for our trips to Vail.   • Long time local chef Marc Rouse’s newest venture melds his love of food with his love of teaching others about food. The lovely decor (a modern aesthetic, warmed by reclaimed beetle-kill wood) offers guests the option to either sit at a table, or to sit along the long bar facing the kitchen. For those who are interested, sitting at the bar can be an opportunity to learn more about food and cooking, as if you were invited to a friend’s kitchen who just happens to be a chef.

    The very reasonably priced cocktail, excellent house wines and small plates are substantially less expensive than at comparable restaurants in the Vail Valley. The ingredients are top quality and the pairings interesting. Restaurant patrons benefit from Marc’s experience as a private chef specializing in healthy, locally-sourced food.

    Located on the Northern side of The Seasons Building, park out front of the building, or ask the building concierge for a garage pass. Walk through the lobby, past the fire place and out the rear doors of the building. The door to the restaurant is immediately on your left.

  • Bill and I wanted to highlight what an amazing hit Marc and his team was for our Friday night dinner and Sunday morning breakfast. We have so many persnickety eaters and everyone was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the food and service. In fact, my Indian mother wants HIS recipe for some of his Indian dishes … and another friend who hates Indian food has turned a corner. The food was fresh, healthy, and simply delicious – he should be on the top of your recommendation list for future Inspirato members. He is a 5 star chef.
